2021 Riesling Kabinett
One of the sleepers on the menu, this Riesling has a nice balance between sweetness and acidity which as a winemaker is one of the most important things about creating an excellent wine. While there is sweetness up front, by the end of the palate that acidity shines through and cleans up the sweetness into a nice long finish.
