2021 Dagudscht White
This wine is not made every year but when it is it’s a special treat. The name Da-Good-Sh*t was inspired by Jerry our personal wine master. The style of wine comes from Austria in which a field blend of multiple grapes is co-fermented in the tank. This year it has eight different grapes: La Crescent, Valvin Muscat, Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Rotgipfler, and Riesling. You may notice that it has a copper tint to it and that comes from the Pinot Noir grapes adding a little bit of color. It is a dry wine that is meant to be drank either as a standalone or paired with a great meal.
