TASTING NOTES: NOSE: Base wine is Gruner Veltliner providing bracingly clean maritime notes with lemon, flint and sea spray, plus green olives and herbs on the palate. Lovely balance between citrus and savoury.

DETAILS: Amazing floral notes specifically introduced from our neighbor’s lavender garden.  The herbaceous nose is followed by clean, spiced, most balanced vermouth. Crisp and exceedingly dry.
